From live TV to live events Michelle Phillips has entertained and inspired millions! As a celebrity makeup artist and Life Coach she hasworked with major network TV personalities, celebrities, and leaders of Fortune 500 companies, to bring out their best inside and out. Michelle believes that personal value equals professional value, and to assist people in building that value, her programs help rediscover strengths and passions and creates a plan to utilize them.  Her stories and insights empower listeners to overcome any adversity and see success throughout every aspect of their lives.  

Michelle knows firsthand what it takes to succeed against the odds. Although she is from the Phillips family of music and TV, her entry into the entertainment industry was a humble one.  She dreamed of working as a celebrity stylist and makeup artist at a time when it wasn’t a viable career choice. Through hard work and determination she eventually went on to work with major networks and stars of film, TV, and music such as: NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, Katie Couric, Deborah Norville, Colbie Caillat, Jeff Foxworthy, Doris Roberts, and more.

Eventually Michelle moved in front of the camera on the CBS affiliate in Tampa, and just a few years later, she was cast as the host of the station’s new morning talk show “Studio 10”.  Despite this professional success, she faced difficult personal times and was forced to do some serious self-discovery or fail. It was then that she realized something profound that would change her course forever; that all of the intense, goal oriented living is a waste if we are not living true to ourselves.  The question became, “how do we discover what that truth is and overcome the fear to live it when we do?”
