Michelle Stacy is a seasoned business leader and corporate culture expert, renowned for her strategic insight and her track record in managing and expanding global brands. A former executive at Gillette and Procter & Gamble, and past president of Green Mountain Coffee's Keurig, Stacy has demonstrated a profound ability to create visions that ignite organizations to deliver top-line growth and to build powerful global brand franchises.

During her tenure as president of Keurig from 2008 to 2013, she led the company to a dramatic increase in global revenue as Keurig's single-serve coffee system expanded from 2 million to over 16 million households. Additionally, Stacy spearheaded initiatives that positioned Keurig as one of the top 10 places to work in Massachusetts twice. Prior to Keurig, she accumulated 25 years of valuable experience at Gillette, where she held the role of vice president & general manager, global profession—oral care. In this capacity, she managed a team of 700 and oversaw worldwide activities for the Crest and Oral-B brands, achieving over $20MM in cost reduction and integration efficiency.

Currently, Stacy serves on the board of directors for iRobot Corp, Bellwether Coffee, and Young Innovations Inc., and is a director advisor to The Cambridge Group (an AC Nielsen Company). She is also an Expert in Residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab, where she advises early-stage companies and shares her expertise in innovation and strategic vision.
