Mike Clayton    

Project management, getting things done, change, influence and decision making

Mike spent many years as a project manager, integrating complex change in a wide variety of organisational settings. Between 1990 and 2000, Mike worked with international management consultancy Deloitte, as a Senior Manager in their Programme and Project Management team, gaining first hand experience of delivering large projects, helping clients manage change, and leading teams of between 5 and 100 people.

In 2002, Mike established his own training business, Thoughtscape, winning a wide variety of clients and coming to be seen as a top class trainer in Project Management, Change Management, Leadership and advanced communication skills. He went on to be a founding director of Kent Trainers in 2006.

Since 2009, Mike has been writing business, management and personal effectiveness for international publishers Pearson, Marshall Cavendish and Management Pocketbooks.

Mike has been speaking professionally since 2004.
