Mike Sarraille is a globally ranked leadership and organizational culture subject matter expert and keynote speaker, best-selling author, entrepreneur, documentary filmmaker, and extreme adventurer. He specializes in guiding small and medium-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies on leadership, culture, and high-performing teams.
Sarraille earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University in 2003 and his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in 2017. He is the founder and CEO of Talent War Group, a Leadership Development & Executive Search firm, Legacy Expeditions, an extreme adventure company, ATTA, a mindset apparel brand, and head of the Men’s Journal Everyday Warrior Nation.
Under Legacy Expeditions, Sarraille has organized multiple expeditions to include skydiving into the Mount Everest region. This expedition was documented in the film ‘Drop Zone Everest’, produced by acclaimed film maker Dan Myrick who is best known for ‘The Blair Witch Project’. Sarraille recently led an expedition which set 4 x world records by sky diving into all seven continents in 6 days, 6 Hours, and 6 minutes – a feat that people said could never be done. He is the co-author of the best-selling book, 'The Talent War: How Special Operations and Great Organizations Win on Talent,' and author of the best-selling book, 'The Everyday Warrior: A No-Hack Practical Approach to Life,’ which hit #84 of all books on Amazon. Sarraille has a children’s book series, One Step ATTA Time Series, which is a youth leadership development guide for parents and teachers, due out in May 2024.
Sarraille's extensive military background includes being a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, former enlisted Recon Marine, and Scout-Sniper. He served in SEAL Team THREE, leading historic combat operations during the Battle of Ramadi in 2006 and the Battle of Sadr City in 2008. Sarraille served as the SEAL Junior Officer Training Course (JOTC) Director, where he mentored and prepared junior SEAL officers to lead combat operations. Sarraille was then assessed and selected for assignment to the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) to support global counterterrorism operations. He completed ten (10) combat deployments supporting the Global War on Terrorism. He was awarded the Silver Star, six Bronze Stars for Valor, two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and a Purple Heart amongst other military decorations.
