Esports Entrepreneur; Co-founder & CEO at Vindex

Mike Sepso is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vindex, a global esports and technology company that serves as the connective tissue between games and gamers. In his role, Sepso drives the overall vision and strategy, as well as oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.

An esports industry pioneer and entrepreneur, Sepso has been instrumental in the growth of the industry since 2002, when he co-founded Major League Gaming (MLG). During his time at MLG, he achieved many industry firsts, including establishing the first professional esports league system, securing the first televised esports series with NBC Sports, and launching the first OTT broadcast platform for premier esports content.

In 2015, Sepso joined Activision-Blizzard and launched the company’s first esports division. While at Activision, Sepso oversaw the acquisition of MLG and helped design the blueprint for the first-ever global franchised esports league, which was initially brought to life through the Overwatch League.

Sepso holds a B.S. in Management from Babson College.
