I am a serial entrepreneur and a contributing writer at TechCrunch. I’m also co-host of Around the Coin (www.aroundthecoin.com), a podcast with the mission to offer entrepreneurs an alternative perspective for growing their business in and around the payment industry and marketplaces.

I’m fired up about ambitious people in On Demand Marketplaces, Healthcare and Triathlons and feel extremely fortunate to be working on each.

I started my career working as a design engineer at Brookstone Inc. in Singapore, then as a mechanical engineer at ITT Corporation in Los Angeles where I designed radar systems for military grade UAVs.

I'm attracted to massive and complex industries and obsess about building businesses to improve our payment and healthcare industries. In 2010, I founded ZingCheckout, one of the first web-based POS systems. In 2011, I founded Flowtab, a mobile payment app for the nightlife industry. By 2013, I co-founded HomeHero to build the fastest, most-affordable way for families to find high-quality in-home care for seniors. Since HomeHero’s launch, it has become the #1 source for caregivers in California with more than 1,500 Heroes and over 1,000,000 hours of provided care to seniors.

My specialties are Product Management, Strategy, and Business Development experience from an engineering perspective.

I am in the process of setting a world record for the fastest marathon run while dribbling a basketball.
