Mr. Miles L. Rubin founded Miles Electric Vehicles LLC (also known as Miles Electric Vehicles, Inc.) in 2004 and serves as its Co-Chairman.

Mr. Miles L. Rubin founded Miles Electric Vehicles LLC (also known as Miles Electric Vehicles, Inc.) in 2004 and serves as its Co-Chairman. Mr. Rubin served as President of Reliance Manufacturing Company (inc), New York, Ny, from 1954 to 1968. Mr. Rubin served as Chief Executive Officer of Puritan Fashions Inc., New York, Ny, from 1968 to 1972, President of Pioneer Systems Inc., Manchester, Ct, from 1972 to 1982, Chief Executive Officer Of Raizada Corporation, El Paso, Tx., from 1982 to 1987. He has been employed at Rubin + Di Paola, New York, Ny., since 1961. He also served as Detroit Iron & Steel Industries, Reliance Manufacturing, and Polo Ralph Lauren Jeanswear. Mr. Rubin has been employed at Sun Apparel, Inc., El Paso, Tx., since 1982. He established the Stanford Loan Repayment Fund for law graduates entering public service. During the 1970s, along with Paul Newman and others, he helped to create Energy Action, an advocacy group dedicated to American energy independence, and he continues to be active in organizations working for energy conservation. Mr. Rubin serves as Chairman of the Board of Greater Texas Finishing Corporation. Mr. Rubin founded Coda Automotive, Inc. in 2009 and has been its Chairman Emeritus since January 2011. He served as Chairman of the Board of Miles Electric Vehicles LLC. He served as Chairman of Board of Visitors at Stanford University Law School. He served as Co-Chairman of CODA Automotive, Inc. until January 2011. He serves as a Director of Coda Automotive (CA), Inc. and Miles Electric Vehicles LLC. He serves as Member of the Advisory Board of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Italy. He serves as Emeritus Trustee of The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. He has remained active in the Stanford University Law School. Mr. Rubin graduated from Stanford University Law School in 1952 and practiced both trial and Corporate law before entering business. Mr. Rubin was admitted to The New York State Bar In 1954.
