Mimi Crume Sterling is the Corporate Communications, ESG, CSR Advisor for MCS Impact Consulting and the former CEO of The Family Place. Sterling previously served as Vice President of Environmental Social Governance and Belonging at Neiman Marcus Group in Dallas. She has also held positions overseeing Neiman Marcus Group’s Corporate Communications and Public Relations and Corporate Culture and Philanthropy teams. Prior to that, Sterling spent 15 years working in luxury fashion and lifestyle public relations, branding and marketing in New York, New York.
