Founder of The Memo LLC, Author, Adjunct Professor at NYU

Minda Harts is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. She is also the author of "The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secure a Seat at the Table," "Right Within: How to Heal from Racial Trauma in the Workplace," and the YA book "You Are More Than Magic."

Harts serves as an adjunct professor of public service at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is recognized for her contributions to discussions on leadership, diversity, and management, having presented at companies including Nike, Google, JP Morgan, as well as at events such as Aspen Ideas Festival, Dreamforce, The Atlantic Festival, and Forbes Inclusion in The Workplace. She has conducted workshops and keynotes at additional venues including Bloomberg, Time Inc., and SXSW, and spoken at educational institutions like Western Illinois University, NYU Stern, North Carolina A&T, and Cornell.

In 2020, Harts was named by LinkedIn as the #1 Top Voice for Equity in the Workplace, and in 2022, she was recognized by Business Insider as one of the top 100 People Transforming Business. She also hosts the weekly career podcast "Secure the Seat," which features conversations with professional women of color. Harts holds a Bachelor's in Communications and a Master's in Business Administration, and her focus includes humanizing the workforce, creating equitable workplace cultures, and leadership development for executives and women.
