Mindy Silverstein is managing director at the Milken Institute. She oversees the strategic expansion of high-level partnerships with global corporations, financial institutions, foundations and individuals, and the development of multi-faceted programs such as the Access to Global Capital Initiative. As chair of the Institute's research intake committee and a board member of the Milken Institute Israel Center, she helps shape the organization's overall agenda and advance regional efforts, from California to London to Africa. Since joining the Institute in 2005, Silverstein has led the growth of the Milken Institute Associates - a powerful network of leaders - from a few dozen local supporters to several hundred worldwide. Before joining the Institute, Silverstein designed and executed marketing, development and evaluation strategies for various multi-national corporations, large foundations and nonprofits. She received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
