Mishka Dehghan is Vice President, 5G Development for Sprint Business, and is responsible for the development of a portfolio of 5G-enabled solutions for the business segment. Dehghan is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering innovative solutions that will bring the power of 5G advancements to business customers and transform the way they run their operations, connect their people, locations, and assets, and serve their customers.

Prior to her current position, Dehghan was Vice President, Product Development for Sprint Business, responsible for Sprint Business’ portfolio of U.S. and global solutions across wireless and wireline, serving all business segments, including enterprise, small-medium businesses, wholesale, federal, and indirect channel partners, driving $2B+ of annual revenue. The portfolio managed by Dehghan spanned across a full breadth of mobility and fixed solutions, from connectivity and managed services, to mobility enablement solutions, to unified communications, cloud solutions, and security solutions. Sprint services 90% of the Fortune 500, enables thousands of small and medium businesses, and provides wholesale services to resellers.

In a prior role, Dehghan was responsible for strategy, planning, and operations for Sprint’s Global Wireline $2B+ business unit. This included the development of a 5-year strategy plan in support of Sprint’s renewed investments in wireline. Dehghan also managed and drove the commercial execution of a technology evolution plan resulting in $600M cost savings for Sprint.

Dehghan has 16 years of experience with Sprint, including various strategy and global operations management roles. Most recently, in 2017, she has been awarded Sprint annual excellence award. Prior to joining Sprint, Dehghan was a Director of Business Operations at ComTech Wireless, advising cellular service providers on radio-frequency network engineering deployment plans.

Dehghan was awarded her MBA from the George Washington University and earned her Bachelor’s degree from INSEEC Paris, France. She and her family reside in Bethesda, Maryland.
