Mitchell Tenpenny is a country pop singer and songwriter. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, he has been actively contributing to the music industry with a significant discography to his name. Tenpenny embarked on his musical journey by releasing three studio albums and five extended plays, of which "Telling All My Secrets," his debut studio album released in December 2018, gained notable attention. He also charted in the same year with the single "Drunk Me," which later received 2× Platinum certification. In January 2018, Tenpenny entered into a joint venture with Riser House/Columbia Nashville, further solidifying his presence in the industry.

Throughout his career, Tenpenny has shown his versatility as a songwriter by co-writing songs such as "If the Boot Fits" with Granger Smith, which reached the top 10 on country airplay. He has also collaborated with other artists like Colt Ford, Chris Young, and State Champs on featured singles, demonstrating his ability to work in diverse musical configurations. In addition to his albums and collaborations, Tenpenny has released several promotional singles, including "Can't Go to Church," "Here," and "Bucket List." He has also appeared in music videos for songs such as "Drunk Me," "Slow Ride" (with Colt Ford), and "Anything She Says" (with Seaforth).
