As the newly appointed head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Amazon Web Services, Modupé Congleton plays a significant role in driving transformation initiatives that focus on building inclusive work environments. Previous to her current role, Congleton served for 14 years in leadership with Cisco Systems and has been recognized as a thought leader that converts visions into actions. She was named a "Top Angel" for the organization's Innovate Everywhere Challenge and was nominated as a Culture Ambassador, representing 76,000 Cisco employees.
