Mohammed Ashour is the co-founder and CEO of Aspire, an international social enterprise that develops and operates insects farming technology to alleviate food insecurity. Aspire was founded in 2013 after Mohammed led a team of five MBA students from McGill University to win the US$1mm 2013 Hult Prize presented by former US President Bill Clinton. Mohammed is currently an MD-MBA candidate at McGill University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor degree in Life Sciences from the University of Toronto and a Masters degree in Neuroscience from McGill University.
