Favorite word and philosophy in life: KAIZEN – Japanese for “Continuous improvement”Redouane (pronounced Red1) is a software engineer and web developer who works currently as an intern for the central bank of Morocco, creating financial models for decision making and financial analysis purposes. Passionate about problem solving and design, he is dedicating himself to combining his business and engineering acumen to come up with creative solutions to tackle issues related to access to information, use of technology in education and entrepreneurship. Among many of his ambitions, he strives to dedicate his passion and energy towards promoting e-learning, entrepreneurship, and spreading the startup culture among the new generations from a young age.Redouane holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane with a Minor in Business administration. He is currently preparing a Master of Science in Financial engineering at Casablanca Finance city, Al Hassania School of Civil Engineering (EHTP), and Mohammadia Engineering School (EMI). Among many things, he was President of the Association of Computing Machinery Chapter ACM of Al Akhawayn University, the chapter representing Morocco, and represented his university and country in many national and international programming competitions and events.
