Molly F. Ashby, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, founded Solera Capital in 1999. Ms Ashby also serves in senior leadership roles with Solera portfolio companies, including Chairman of organic food company Annie’s, luxury apparel retailer Calypso, Solera Healthcare Clinics, and Vice-Chairman of Latina Media Ventures. Prior to Solera, Ms. Ashby spent 16 years at JP Morgan, where she served in the firm’s private equity division JP Morgan Capital as Chief Investment Strategist and member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Ashby received a M.S. in Foreign Service, from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary.
