Speech Topics

The Billion Dollar Female Economy

Women are the original influencers and they’ve become the super consumers that drive business growth. Female consumers are driving companies like Maven Health, Skims, and Honest Co to multi-billion dollar outcomes in categories like women's health, e-commerce, the care economy, and more. Monique highlights why women are a growth market, not a niche market and why the time is now for the female economy.

Inclusive Entrepreneurship & Investing

Without equitable participation in the innovation economy from women and people of color, we rob ourselves of the full spectrum of innovation and create an inevitable future where America’s persistent wealth gap will become even wider. Monique has spoken to cities, foundations, and investment funds on the economic imperative of inclusive investing, delving into not just the 'why', but the 'how'.

Your Next Million Customers Will Not Look Like the First Million

The pathway to future growth lies in the diversity of your customer base. Companies big and small must identify new ways to understand and unlock emerging consumer groups. Monique discusses the economic value of the new consumer and how it helps companies discover the new customers and market opportunities that will drive growth into the next era.

Demographic Change and its Impact on Your Business

Over the next several years, the biggest change to business and technology will not be ‘what’, but ‘who’. This future is being driven by three important demographic trends: an aging population, the increased spending power of women, and the shift to majority-minority. Monique discusses these impending changes and what they mean for the future growth of companies and industry.
