Morgan DeBaun is the Founder and CEO of Blavity Inc., a company she launched in 2014 to serve multicultural communities through media and technology. Under her leadership, Blavity Inc. has grown into a global corporation with influential brands such as AfroTech, Travel Noire, and Shadow and Act, all focused on empowering and elevating culture. DeBaun is also the author of Rewrite Your Rules, a transformative book that challenges readers to redefine success and take control of their lives with intention and purpose.

Known for her passion for inclusive advertising and tech innovation, DeBaun has received numerous accolades, including Inc.’s Female Founders, Forbes' 30 Under 30, and a place in the American Advertising Hall of Fame. Beyond Blavity, she serves as an angel investor and board advisor to companies like American Airlines, PepsiCo, and the Black Economic Alliance, where she works to ensure diverse voices have a seat at the table. A proud alumna of Washington University in St. Louis, DeBaun is a strong advocate for small business owners and workplace equity.
