Fontanez spent 17 years managing global strategy for Fortune 500 companies, counseling brands from Hewlett-Packard to Mars to J.P. Morgan Chase. As she guided clients through crises of all kinds - splits, mergers, and public relations issues - she found herself disillusioned with the current "work culture" and, ultimately, the system that allowed toxicity to flourish in the workplace. After noticing a widespread sense of frustration and lack of passion among colleagues and clients in the corporate world, Mory founded the 822 Group as a transformation consultancy. At 822, Mory works with clients to create internal alignment and reconnect brands and their leaders to purpose.
