Mory Sacko is the chef and owner of Paris' Michelin-starred MoSuke restaurant, where he serves a cuisine that pays homage to Sacko's Mali roots (with French and Japanese influence, too). He also has a show on public television where he travels through France, discovering new foods, and highlighting their intersection with African and Asian influence.
