Ms Lien Siaou-Sze is the Senior Executive Coach at Mobley Group Pacific. Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President with HP Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) before retiring in 2007.

She began her career at HP as a systems engineer and rose through the management ranks in Singapore, Southeast Asia and the APJ region. She became the first women in the region to be made Vice-President and later became its first female Senior Vice-President. When she was the Managing Director for HP APJ, she oversaw the acquisition of Compaq. She was on Fortune Magazine’s list of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Business Outside of USA” for six consecutive years.

Besides serving on the NTU Board of Trustees, Ms Lien is also a Board Member at NTU’s Confucius Institute. She also serves on the boards of Republic Polytechnic Singapore, Finnish conglomerate Luvata Holdings, and Huhtamaki, a multinational packaging company.

Ms Lien graduated from Nanyang University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. She went on to receive her Masters degree in Computer Science from Imperial College London.
