Mushfiqa Monica Jamaluddin is an award-winning futurist, facilitator, and executive coach with extensive experience guiding individuals and organizations through complex transitions. Combining her background in finance, technology, strategy, and operations with a Masters in Strategic Foresight, she brings a transdisciplinary lens to her work.

With hands-on experience from across the globe -- from Bhutan to the United States, from Ghana to Ecuador -- and fluency in Bengali, Spanish, and a touch of Japanese, Jamaluddin brings a rich, multicultural lens to her work. Whether facilitating group processes or engaging in one-on-one coaching, she specializes in harnessing liminality for transformation, empowering thoughtful leaders to align long-term visions with actionable strategies. She has coached senior and mid-level leaders in companies including Amazon, Electronic Arts, Dropbox, NVIDIA, VMWare, and the US military. Jamaluddin's foresight and strategy consulting work includes projects for UNDP, Disney, the International Atomic Energy Agency, the UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention, Entrepreneur Middle East, and Summit Series. She has also facilitated global workshops on leadership, deep listening, futures thinking, design futures, team building, gender equality, women's empowerment, and embodied storytelling.

Jamaluddin's approach is deeply rooted in empathy, strategic thinking, and a healthy embrace of ambiguity. At the core of her work is a fascination with relationality: understanding how the ways we relate –- with ourselves, with others, and with our environments –- can radically shift what is possible.

Her educational background includes a MSc in Foresight from University of Houston; a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin, focusing on Finance, Ethics, and Leadership; and a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
