Founder & CEO at Clique-Now Talent Management; Inventor of Cropsticks

Mylen Yamamoto Tansingco is founder and CEO of Clique-Now, a talent management and production company devoted to building the careers of top influencers. She has closed and managed deals with brands such as Nike, AT&T, Google, TikTok, and Toyota. In addition, she has helped her clients build merchandise lines, develop television shows and book appearances all over the world.

In 2020, Yamamoto Tansingco won the Small Business Association's Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She pitched her invention Cropsticks, disposable bamboo chopsticks with a snap-off end that can serve as a resting place, on "Shark Tank." Despite not getting a "Shark Tank" deal, the product can now be found in over 500 locations.

Yamamoto Tansingco also teaches Leadership Communication Strategies at University of California Los Angeles Extension and is a TikTok Creative Learning Partner. Previously, she served as a Clinical Professor at Loyola Marymount University teaching entrepreneurship. She also conducts education workshops for corporations like McDonald's and YouTube. A fourth generation Japanese, Filipino and Chinese American, she holds an MA in Communication from California State University, Los Angeles.
