Nadia Ait is the CEO and co-founder of Body Language Academy by Joe Navarro. The academy has students from more than 50 countries. She has trained people from a wide range of professions – from some of the world's leading companies to police officers and intelligence services across the globe.

Ait holds a university degree in communication & behavior, as well as an academic degree in leadership, organization & HR. She has been trained by world-leading body language experts Joe Navarro and the Paul Ekman Group (Manchester). She has certifications and extensive experience in credibility assessment, emotional skills, investigative interviewing, and statement analysis.

As a young leader and entrepreneur, Ait experienced how her personal success depended on how well she could understand and predict the wants, needs, desires, and hesitations of clients, colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.

This drove Ait to become an expert in body language, human behavior, and communication, and she used these skills to stand out and get ahead in her career. She aimed to become one of the best in the world within her field and teamed up with ex-FBI Special Agent Joe Navarro to create a global training academy. In addition to her leadership role, she is a mentor in the Body Language Expert educational program approved by the American Psychology Association.
