Nanny Deborah Carroll was born and raised in North Wales, Great Britain, where she began her career as a nanny at the age of 18. She has worked for all types of families and children including children with Autism, ADHD, sensory issues, and other special needs.

Nanny Deb currently co-stars in the hit show "Nanny 911" along with Nanny Stella. Together they wrote the book "Nanny 911: Expert Advice for All Your Parenting Emergencies." She's made numerous TV appearances including Jane Pauley, Greg Behrendt, Montel Williams, Dr. Keith Ablow as well as the Fox Morning Show to discuss various parenting issues. She also leads parenting seminars, does in-home consultations, sleep training, and when she has time, still works as a nanny.
