Natacha Amal started her career with modelling, followed by classical theatre and since 1990 she also started to appear on television. Today she is most recognized for her role as Elisabeth Brochene in the Femmes de Loi series on TF1 and RTL-TVI. Besides her TV, cinema and theatre activities she also has her own film production company. Momentarily she is playing in the theatre show ‘Panique au ministère’ which had very positive reviews.
After graduating from the Bruxelles Royal Conservatory with a first prize, Natacha turns to classical theatre and performs the repertoire from Molière to Shakespeare under the direction of the best directors. Jérôme Savary calls on her to work at the Palais de Chaillot in Paris where she performs major roles, such as Vendredi, by Michel Tournier or Phèdre, by Jean Racine. Once again, in the French capital the best directors cast her in their plays : Gérard Lauzier, Jean-luc Moreau or Robert Hossein. From there, her carreer naturally evolves towards film : Tony Marshall, Philippe de Broca, Ariel Zeïtoun and Peter Greenaway make her their muse and Natacha becomes a star. Television in turn wants to put her in the spotlight, and after numerous television films she triumphs in the series Femmes de Loi, which knows an unabated success since 2000.
Natacha awards herself time to immerse into her second passion : writing. She publishes two novels : C’est merveilleux l’Amour, with Albin Michel and Tsunami with the Editions du Rocher, co-written with Claude Rappe. The acclaim with which both are received gives her the confidence to start writing for film and in 2008 she co-authors Dirty Safari with Audrey Schebat. Today, driven and independent, Natacha puts her celebrity at the service of her passion : creating a synergy between her two homelands, Belgium and France, and sets up her film production company Spicy Prod, to develop her project.
