Champion for Equitable Healthcare; Co-Founder & CEO at United States of Care

Natalie Davis is the CEO and co-founder of United States of Care, a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that every American has access to quality, affordable healthcare regardless of their location, income, or health status. A champion for equitable healthcare, Davis has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s mission to create a system that serves the needs of all individuals.

With a background in public policy and health care reform, Davis has worked at the intersection of government and community advocacy. Her expertise includes leading initiatives aimed at expanding healthcare coverage and addressing systemic inequities. She has been a driving force behind United States of Care’s efforts to engage policymakers, healthcare providers, and communities in conversations about reform, always with a focus on finding solutions that reflect the diverse needs of Americans.

Previously, Davis served at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), where she was deeply engaged in the implementation of one of the country’s largest expansions of health care in modern history, and as Director of Strategic Engagement at the Bipartisan Policy Center, where she worked to launch the Future of Health Reform initiative. A social entrepreneur, she also helped found Town Hall Ventures and The Medicaid Transformation Project, both of which focus on bringing the best of innovation and care delivery to diverse communities. An advocate and a mother, Davis serves on the board of directors of the Preeclampsia Foundation.

She holds an M.A. in Social Policy from George Washington University and is an alumna of Salisbury University schools of Sociology and Art History.
