Natalie Guzman serves as President & CMO of Savage X Fenty. A graduate of FIDM, Guzman combines her impressive background in digital media and DTC ecommerce with a lifelong love of beauty and fashion.

Under Guzman’s leadership, Savage X Fenty has reached ground-breaking heights in growth and valuation, while also earning recognition as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Style Companies, Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Companies and received 6 Webby Awards, 3 Emmy nominations, 1 Emmy win and a People’s Choice Award nomination.

She played an instrumental role in the production and marketing of Savage X Fenty’s ground-breaking Fashion Shows—with 2019’s Show being considered one of the most electrifying moments of New York Fashion Week. Having amassed a staggering number of press impressions at the time of each premiere on Amazon Prime Video and still generating buzz to this day, all 4 volumes have been revered for their incomparable display of inclusivity and innovation.

In 2021 & 2022, Guzman was named one of Brand Innovators Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing which celebrates the most influential, innovative, and powerful women leading the advertising and marketing industry. In 2022, Guzman was recognized as 1 of the 50 Entrepreneurial CMO’s globally by Forbes in their inaugural list. That same year she was recognized on Business Insider’s Most Innovative CMO list, Glossy’s Top Marketer list and as one of Campaign US Top 50 CMO’s.

Prior to joining Savage X Fenty, Guzman served in CMO roles with startups in the beauty industry, most notably DermStore Beauty Group, which became the fastest-growing skincare ecommerce in the U.S. During her tenure there, she spearheaded a number of initiatives that proved pivotal to the company’s ongoing success including playing a key role in the strategic sale to Target Corp. in late 2013.

Since the onset of her career in 2003, Guzman has excelled at her craft, working within innovative organizations such as DDB Entertainment, IGN Entertainment, Fox Interactive Media, Guthy Renker and TechStyle Fashion Group.
