Natasha A. Pierre (She/Her) is an award-winning speaker, author, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I 2.0, EQ360) coach and a mental health advocate with over 20 years of lived experience. She also has over 20 years of experience in providing coaching, training and development to individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Pierre has successfully assisted audiences across the country with establishing clarity, developing strategy, and executing boldly in their personal and professional lives. Her relatable style has allowed her to connect with global audiences to share her stories of resilience, reinvention and living each day with purpose-consciousness.

Pierre was born and raised on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. She entered the world of professional speaking at age 14 as a co-host on her island’s teen talk show. Her interviews included numerous celebrities, NBA players, and local and US government officials. Pierre was lauded for her on-camera poise and confidence, and soon became a sought-after keynote speaker at territory-wide forums.

At age 16, she received the coveted Brotherhood Award sponsored by the Virgin Islands Synagogue for her extensive contribution to the community. At age 17, she was the youngest person in the territory to host a live television debate with gubernatorial candidates. This was all accomplished while being a member of her high school’s honor society.

After graduating from high school at 17 years, Pierre pursued a career in mass communications at Duquesne (Du-cane) University in Pittsburgh, Pa. At age 21 years, her graduation was followed by her television series debut in the NBC miniseries “The Temptations” the role of Martha Reeves (1960’s Motown group Martha Reeves and the Vandellas.) Pierre moved to New York City in 2001, and added several films, commercials and plays to her resume. A rescheduled appointment on September 11, 2001, insured that she missed the World Trade Center attacks; and event that fueled her passion to assist people in achieving everything they want for their lives and careers.

Pierre’s varied background also includes several successful business ventures, working as a model, and radio and TV broadcasting. In addition to her professional experience, Pierre graduated from Duquesne (Du-cane) University with a B.A. in Mass Communications. She has a Social Security Administration Work Incentives Practitioner credential from Cornell University and a Post Crisis Leadership certificate and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the University of South Florida. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach through Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS). Pierre serves on the Diversity Advisory Board for ABC Action News (Tampa) and is on the Advisory Board for Cove Behavioral Health.

She is the author of “Provoking Thoughts Volume 1: 101 Inspirational Quotes for Daily Life,” “Jumpstart Your Happy: Get Closer to Happiness Now,” and is currently working on her third book on resilience.

Pierre was born and raised on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Relative to DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), Pierre identifies as Black (Caribbean), Woman, Hispanic, Indigenous and Disabled.
