Natasha Granholm is an Asset Management Tax Partner at PwC with over 20 years of public accounting experience. Natasha specializes in bringing practical solutions to her clients to address industry-altering legislation (e.g., legislation related to management fee waiver programs, carried interest, FATCA, etc.). She has served a wide range of private equity clients in both the Midwest and New York markets. Natasha has significant experience providing transaction support to her clients which includes tax structuring, due diligence, compliance and reporting. Prior to joining the Asset Management Group, Ms. Granholm spent 10 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, which included a 2-year tour of duty assignment with the Firm's National Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Washington, DC.

Natasha is passionate about being an example of success for other women and people of color and is involved in a number of PwC and external initiatives to help foster diversity in the firm and industry.

An avid public speaker, Natasha has also served as a speaker and panelist at several high-profile and industry-leading events, including Fortune’s Most Powerful Women series, National Association of Black Accountants annual conference, the University of Illinois' (Chicago Campus) Masters in Taxation Program, the New York State Society of CPAs, Financial Research Associates, LLC’s private equity conference and various external and internal PwC conferences, including the PwC Accounting Career Leadership Institute for high school students. Natasha has also been featured in several publications including The Chicago Tribune, The Network Journal, Robert Morris University Post and The Glasshammer.
