Penn grad Nate Baker and Stanford grads Lucas Hansen and Joel Gottsegen are cofounders of Qualia, a $40 million in funding company whose enterprise software enables title companies, mortgage lenders, real estate agents and everyday homebuyers to work together on one shared platform. This allows the company to streamline the exchange of regulated documents and money required to close a real estate transaction. Baker's work at his company has landed him a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Enterprise Technology.
