Nathan Robert Brown is a freelance author, and works as Tech Writer for a Telecommunications firm in Plano, Texas. Born with ADHD at a time and place when few were aware it existed, Nathan struggled with this condition (and an education system ill-suited to his mind) throughout his primary education. Despite setbacks and obstacles, Nathan is now a successful writer, public speaker, and has earned a Master's Degree in English.

After just short of 5 yrs in the US Marine Corps, Nathan went to college and evetually earned his Master's Degree in English from Midwestern State University. His first book was published by Alpha when he was 24 years old, and since then he has grown into a widely published Non-Fiction & Fiction author, with well over a dozen mainstream title to his credit.

In recent years, Nathan has been the primary author of such titles as The Complete Idiot's Guide to World Mythology, The Rape of Lilith, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Werewolves, The Everything Krav Maga for Fitness Book, World Religions at Your Fingertips, The Complete Idiot's Guide to the Paranormal, Dead Come Home (fiction), The Complete Idiot's Guide to Zombies, and the soon-to-be released Berkley title 'The Mythology of Supernatural' (based on the hit TV series on the CW).

Nathan's writing and academic work led him to do extensive research in world mythology, folklore, urban legends, ancient civilizations, and world religions. He is an expert on the identification and examination of trinities, common structures, and universal themes in myth, religion, and mysticism. Much of his past research and writings sought to connect various world myths and religions through such commonalities.

Nathan is available for speaking engagements on a variety of subjects, on topics related to World Mythology, Religion/spirituality, the Paranormal, Demonology, Living/Succeeding with ADHD, ADHD in education.
