Innovation and Leadership Strategist; Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge & World Economic Forum Faculty Member

Navi Radjou is an Indian-born scholar, innovation and leadership advisor, and strategist based in Silicon Valley. He is also a Fellow at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, where he served as the Executive Director of the Centre for India & Global Business. His expertise and influential role extend to being a faculty member at the World Economic Forum and a member of the forum's Global Future Council on Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He is a regular columnist not only on HarvardBusinessReview.org but also on Bloomberg Businessweek and The Wall Street Journal.

Radjou is the lead author of the bestseller "Jugaad Innovation: Think Frugal, Be Flexible, Generate Breakthrough Growth," co-authored with Dr. Jaideep Prabhu and Dr. Simone Ahuja. This book is not his only acclaimed publication. Navi also co-authored "Frugal Innovation." His work has been so influential that he is recognized as one of the 50 most influential persons shaping innovation in France.

Previously, he was a longtime VP/analyst at Forrester Research in Boston and San Francisco, advising senior executives worldwide on breakthrough growth strategies. His reputation has led him to roles as the judge on the international panel of The Economist's Innovation Awards and as a consultant with leading international organizations, including Ernst & Young, GM, Hitachi, IBM, Marks & Spencer, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, SAP, Sprint, and TCS.

Navi's work has been featured in various prestigious platforms, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Economist, Financial Times, and Le Monde. He has published articles and op-eds in MIT Sloan Management Review, WSJ, and BusinessWeek. As a keynote speaker, he has shared his insights at the World Economic Forum, Council on Foreign Relations, The Conference Board, Harvard University, Asia Society, and more. His contribution to innovation has been awarded with the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and his book "Jugaad Innovation" was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 CK Prahalad Breakthrough Idea Award.
