Neda Navab is the President of Compass, a publicly traded real estate technology company. Navab is bucking the trend of female business executives working in ‘support’ functions — she is directly accountable for a $6B+ P&L and manages over 30,000 agents and 1,500 employees across the United States. Navab has always been a fearless advocate for diversity, and as the daughter of immigrants and working in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she is recognized for helping to create economic opportunities for underrepresented groups in real estate. Prior to Compass Navab worked for Sidewalk Labs, the division of Google focused on building smart cities.

Navab also spent years in the Bay Area working at high-growth technology companies, and in East Africa building programs to support female entrepreneurs. Navab started her career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her BA in Economics from Columbia University, where she serves on the Board.
