Neela Montgomery is the CEO of Crate and Barrel Holdings, a global home furnishings retailer that includes the brands Crate and Barrel and CB2.

Before joining CBH in August 2017, Montgomery was the executive board member for multichannel retail at the Otto Group, a global retail and retail-related services group. She oversaw a diverse portfolio of companies operating in both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail, while also serving as the executive chairwoman of various retailers, including SportScheck, Frankonia, Manufactum and Crate and Barrel.

Prior, Montgomery spent 12 years at Tesco PLC, one of the world’s largest retailers, where she served as the U.K. general merchandise director on the company’s U.K. board, with multichannel accountability for an array of product categories, and as U.K. e-commerce director and commercial director for Tesco Malaysia from 2007 to 2011. In June 2017, Montgomery joined the board of directors at Logitech.
