Neely Goen is the daughter of slain KHP officer Conroy O'Brien (EOW May 24th, 1978) but first and foremost she is a lover of Christ, a wife, a mom, an ordained minister and a public speaker. She was blessed 10 years ago with the amazing gift from God of forgiveness, not only was she able to reach out to the men who killed her father & receive a changed heart, but it was this on this journey that she was given testimony. Since that time she has been able to share His peace with many & is now working with youthful offenders as the Juvenile Program Manager with an amazing non-profit called "The ReProject".

God has been so good to have shown her such grace & mercy, that she now knows the power that it holds for others if she freely gives the same to others. Everything that has led her to where she is today was all part of a divine moment 34 years ago, the people that have come in, walked out, grown with her, & been changed by her was all because God is the author and creator of her life, and has been since the very beginning.

Neely believes if you want to change the world, it starts with YOU. She absolutely believes that if we begin to see ourselves as God does, forgive, and love; that we as a nation of people can radically change this world. Neely has taught in a few local churches working with children from Elementary to High school/College & directed a few Vacation Bible Schools along the way. She believes that the youth will be the ones to bring about a revival of "simple Jesus" that will change the face of America & the faith based communities.

Neely has been married to her husband Kevin Goen for 15 years and they have 3 amazing children; Charlie age 14, Billy age 12, Bayleigh age 10. Starting out as a young married couple had its challenges, but even through the moments of "un-equally yolked-ness" (new word eh?) They seemed to keep moving forward. Year 7 being the most difficult, with depression after the last child, and just struggles within herself she almost walked away. Then while reading one of her favorite Christian Fiction authors Ted Dekker God spoke to her heart "If you will shut your mouth, follow my word, honor & serve your husband, & love him just as I love you...I will give you what you desire". Within 6 months of doing what my Father told her, a complete new marriage was birthed. Her husband Kevin was saved & baptized and they have continued to minister to other people in places that they have been spiritually, emotionally, & physically.

There is a lot to the dynamic of Neely & her family, but one thing is certain. She loves people, she loves this world, and she is out to RADICALLY change it.
