Nicholas M. Pollacchi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Whisky Dog. He has worked in the Single Malt Scotch Whisky industry for over 12 years dedicating his life to tasting and educating others on the joys of Scotland’s finest export. Pollacchi has worked globally for The Macallan, Highland Park and The Glenrothes, traveling the four corners of the globe nosing and tasting whisky until his passion took him to the United States in 2010 with The Balvenie. It is with this same passion and expertise that he started The Whisky Dog, tasting only the finest and rarest of offerings to a private clientele.
