Nick Bushak (CTO) and his cofounder were inspired to launch ZenSourcer when, as engineers at Facebook and Dropbox respectively, the founding existing recruiting software inadequate for how they were recruiting talent. The ZenSourcer CRM enables companies to build long-term relationships with talent. The ZenSourcer CRM enables recruiters to build lists of people to reach out to, find email, and automate followups. ZenSourcer saves time, doubles response rate, and gives visibility into what's working. Teams use ZenSourcer to collaborate on candidates, discover best practices, and never reach out to the same person twice. ZenSourcer has over 50 companies as customers, including Dropbox, Pinterest and Slack. The MIT grad and his co-founder have raised $2 million from Accel and YCombinator.
