Brigadier General Nick Halley (U.S. Army, Retired) is a recognized expert on leadership and terrorism. He has commanded thousands of our soldiers in combat in three conflicts – Vietnam, Grenada, and Desert Storm. He is an army paratrooper, army ranger and special operations veteran. He has been awarded many significant decorations, including two Silver Stars for bravery in combat actions, four Bronze Stars, and two Purple Hearts for wounds in combat operations.

General Halley works with people and organizations that want to educate, inspire, and motivate their leaders to take action now and be better leaders and followers in their organizations. Gen. Halley takes the best of the leadership lessons learned at West Point, combat command of thousands of soldiers, 30 years in the military and combines those techniques with the most effective leadership lessons learned as a during his civilian career at international electronics organizations. His programs are based on real world leadership experience under the most difficult of conditions — combat.

After retirement from the military, Gen. Halley had a distinguished civilian career at the Director / Vice President / General Manager level in several prestigious international electronics organizations to include Motorola. He has made numerous appearances as a terrorism analyst on the FOX News Network. He is also the on-air military and terrorism expert for WGN-TV in Chicago, which is seen nationwide on cable.
