Nicolas Hieronimus is the CEO of L’Oréal, one of the world's largest cosmetics companies. A graduate of France's ESSEC Business School, Hieronimus first joined L'Oréal as product manager for Garnier, where he successfully created the Fructis haircare range. Since then, he has risen through the ranks and held numerous leadership roles in the company -- eventually becoming just the 6th CEO of the L’Oréal Groupe in its 113-year history. He believes the combination of science, chemistry and technology can lead to a beauty experience and products that are more inclusive, personalized and sustainable to consumers.

The Fragrance Foundation honored Hieronimus with its prestigious Hall of Fame Award in 2023.
