Nicole Armstrong is a seasoned business executive with a remarkable career in both the public and private sectors, focusing on operations and emerging business strategies. Her professional journey includes leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Renaissance Learning, President of CORE Education and Consulting Solutions (ECS), Inc., and Senior Vice President of Client Services for Schoolnet, Inc. and Pearson Education. She served as the CEO of TechBridge, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating generational poverty through the innovative application of technology, from 2020-2022.

Armstrong also made her mark as the CEO and Co-Founder of Noodle Markets, a groundbreaking digital procurement platform for the K-12 educational sector, which garnered $12 million in initial funding. Her success has been widely recognized, including being featured in Vanity Fair as one of 25 Black women who founded a company and raised over $1 million in venture capital and being highlighted by CNN in the “Million Dollar Club” for Black women founders.

Armstrong's educational background is just as impressive. She graduated with honors from Binghamton University’s Thomas J. Watson College of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where she earned a B.S. in computer science and was the first Black woman to graduate from that program. Her passion for technology was evident early on, and she thrived in an academic environment that fostered both her technical skills and her commitment to a career in technology. Armstrong continued her education by graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland University College, where she obtained a master's degree in Business Administration.
