Nicole Smartt brings her drive, expertise and professionalism to Star Staffing as its Co-Owner and Vice President. Her commitment to providing long-term cost-savings and productivity improvements for clients is an underlying goal as she manages the company’s day-to-day operations throughout the North Bay area.

Having worked in the industry for more than six years before joining Star Staffing as Vice President in 2009, Nicole gained valuable experience from the ground up. This background fostered Nicole’s firm understanding of what makes the ideal match between employee and employer, knowledge she leverages to benefit Star Staffing’s clients and employees.

Nicole is active in the local community and a recognized member of several chamber of commerce and community organizations.

She is co-founder of the Petaluma Young Professionals Network, and sits on the board for Santa Rosa’s Wednesday Night Market.

Nicole is also a board member for the Active 20–30 Service Club, a service organization helping young men and women in the Healdsburg area, and she was recently appointed to the Young Professionals Entrepreneur Council.

Nicole is the youngest to be awarded the Forty Under 40 award by the North Bay Business Journal, recognizing business leaders under the age of 40.
