Nicolette Mason is a plus-sized fashion blogger behind the eponymous blog, Nicolette Mason, which is based on personal accounts of her style, beauty, art, design and travel endeavors. Nicolette was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Although a Los Angeles native, Nicolette Mason now lives and works as a freelance designer, writer and art director in Brooklyn. She graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2008.

While exploring her love for all things design, Nicolette launched her blog in 2008 to give a voice to full figured women. She has been featured in dozens of publications including Marie Claire, Vogue Italia, Refinery29, Glamour Italy and more. She has partnered with brands such as ModCloth, Addition Elle and Target, which she helped launch their plus-sized brand, Ava & Viv.

In addition to being a stylist and a blogger, she was also a contributing editor at Marie Claire Magazine and Brooklyn Magazine. She is a regular contributor to Refinery29, Stylecaster, Vogue Italia and more. She has also worked as a freelance creative consultant. Recent collaborations include Rafaella, Wilson Leathers and Natori.

Along with Gabi Gregg, Nicolette launched Premme, a plus-sized clothing line, in 2017. "We wanted to work on a collection that was our dream wardrobe of statement-driven pieces that were still accessible, affordable and great quality; easy things that felt fun and weren't compromising on either style, quality or construction," Mason told Fashionista. The brand carries clothing in the 12 to 30 size range.
