Niki Shamdasani is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sani, an apparel brand inspired by South Asian culture. The company was created when Shamdasani and her sister Ritika struggled to find attire to wear for an upcoming Indian wedding in the United States.

Shamdasani and Sani have been featured in national media, including the "Today" show, "Good Morning America," Bloomberg News, NBC News, WWD and Brides magazine, among others. The siblings were named to the Forbes Retail and Ecommerce "30 Under 30" list in 2023.

Prior to Sani, Shamdasani spent her early career in consulting and venture capital, at Deloitte, Matter and PRX. She is an Adjunct Instructor, UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media at her alma mater, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead Scholar.
