Nikki Katz is responsible for leading the ongoing enhancement of Bank of America’s digital services and channels, transforming the mobile and digital customer experience, and delivering a suite of leading-edge capabilities that will enable the bank to extend their leadership position in digital.

Prior to joining the bank in 2018, Katz was vice president of Technology at Disney’s Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products segment, where she led teams responsible for delivering Disney’s retail, e-commerce, digital media, and gaming experiences. Katz is an experienced digital strategy, product, design, and engineering leader. She launched her corporate career as a software engineer at Yahoo and became a leader in driving digital transformation, delivery, and innovation across advertising, education, media, and entertainment organizations.

Katz holds a holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems: HCI from Stanford University. She is a passionate advocate and thought leader in furthering opportunities for women and girls in STEAM and engineering. Katz resides in Los Angeles with her family.
