Nikki joined Lululemon in January 2020 where she leads marketing, creative, communications, sustainability, and store design as Chief Brand Officer. Responsible for building an iconic global brand that brings the Lululemon purpose to life as it fuels business success, Nikki is charged with elevating the Lululemon brand to drive an inspired understanding, both internally and externally, of the stories that underpin and uniquely define Lululemon.
Nikki is an innovative, tech-centric global marketing executive who consistently drives brand strength and revenue growth through game-changing marketing initiatives. A passionate team and people leader, Nikki strives to ignite excitement and possibility among people from all corners of the world then inspire them to contribute their best work. As a lifelong athlete, Nikki works with an unbending belief in the power of team and a fierce commitment to bringing out the best in each player.
Prior to joining Lululemon, Nikki served as the Global Head of Marketing for Uber Eats where she led the introduction and expansion of the brand across five regions in 36 countries. Previously, Nikki served as Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for Nike, where she was selected by the CMO to lead Nike Running and reset the global marketing offense for the multi-billion-dollar business. Nikki was accountable for global consumer insights, brand strategy, integrated marketing strategy, annual/seasonal planning, creative development and execution around the world.
