Leonard has spent over 30 years in the advertising and design industry working across some of the most recognized agencies in London. In his previous role as Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Grey LDN, the agency underwent a dramatic transformation, earning a reputation for producing bold and culturally relevant work. Leonard's tenure saw Grey win numerous awards and accolades, including being named Agency of the Year multiple times. His focus on creating work that resonated with real-world issues and societal trends set a new standard in the industry.
