He is also Associate Director and Senior Consultant for Change Management at the global headquarters for the multinational DP DHL Group, founder of 7Cs of Change Consultancy, and an author.

Nadesalingam is a respected professional keynote speaker and writer, having delivered speeches and trainings for thousands of delegates from numerous types of industries in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, the USA, the UK and the Middle East. He has had articles published in multiple languages in a variety of business magazines and his book, "Transformative Change," charted in the Amazon Top 100 Business Books bestsellers list. The book is taught at multiple universities as one of the core texts for management studies. Additionally, Nadesalingam is an Associate Professor at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany, leading courses on Change Management and Digital Transformation.

Nadesalingam came into the profession of change management after years spent in performance and project management, where he led the roll-out of multinational projects and also created, and headed up, a European-wide performance measurement department. A native of Great Britain, he earned both his BA and MBA from the University of London.
