Hey, I am Nirmeet and am a director at Guardian Glass Ind. Pvt. Ltd. This is our family firm engaged in processing glass for interior and architectural purposes and we make some really cool products. Since this is a small family firm, I handle multiple things from product development, production to new business development, etc.

I studied Mechanical Engineering at Nirma Institute of Technology and graduated in 2004, after which, I went to Georgia Institute of Technology to pursue Masters in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on Warehousing, Logistics and Data Analysis. I worked for 4 years with Manheim, a global automotive giant in the used-car space. Manheim, is an auction house, with over 10 million used-car auctions taking place annually. At Manheim, I worked in the business consulting department, helping internal departments and institutional clients with data analysis, strategy development and financial analysis.

I worked as a volunteer consultant with CCTI, Atlanta, which is a non-profit aimed at helping non-profits with improving their processes and strategy.

Currently I am working on KalaBhan, which is an initiative to bring art consciousness within the society as there is evidence that art brings tremendous benefits to the society; Art focuses you on seeing more, seeing differently and seeing without barriers. This automatically makes you a better human being!
