Ugandan Family Therapist & Social Entrepreneur; Empowers Others to Fulfill Their Potential

Noeline Kirabo is a family therapist by profession and a social entrepreneur by passion. She has over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector mainly working with children, youth, women, and community self-help groups.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Kyusa, a registered organization that restores hope and dignity to vulnerable youth through livelihood by empowering them to develop passion-driven sustainable careers.

Her perspective of work is that it not only provides a source of livelihood but is also an expression of one’s passion, identify and dignity. She is a co-founder of Newen Consults, a personal and business development firm that seeks to build the capacity of individuals and start-ups to operate at their fullest potential. The company specializes in facilitating personal and business development through coaching, training, capacity building, content development and linkage to various stakeholders in different sectors.

Kirabo is also the founding president of Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network (CWEN), a platform that brings together Ugandan Christian women in business to connect, create and collaborate.

As part of her passion for young women, Kirabo runs a four-month-long coaching program called New Generation Mentoring program for young adult women. New Generation Mentoring prepares young women to identify their potential and use it to strategically influence in the marketplace.

Kirabo is an author, writer, motivational speaker, life coach, career mentor, trainer and business development consultant. She is an eco-system builder that works to connect the dots between available resources to those who need them the most. Her life purpose is to empower others to live to their full God-given potential in ways that benefit themselves, others, and the community.
